Polish users get an error to subscribe

    Using wordpress 5.7.2 and MailPoet 3.60.12 most user can subscribe without problems but a lot of users form Poland cannot subscribe and get “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later”.
    I cannot reproduce the problem.

    One of our colleagues based in Poland tested your form and they were able to use the form and get the confirmation email sent:

    Could you please confirm if this is still an issue? We also released more updates to our plugin, so please update it to the latest version and let us know.
