Auto Fill Form Fields in Intelligence Module

I was wondering if I can populate Intelligence Module field when user is directed from other page onto this page>
Like user is given 2 options on 2nd page and if he clicks on 1st page, field should be populated on the main page.

Hope so you will understand what i am saying. is this possible when using watu pro + intelligence module.
