Plugin is not to find in “Settings”

  • “Sync OPML to Blogroll” freshly installed and activated, does not appear in “Settings”.
    Page refreshed, still does not appear in “Settings”.

    (WordPress: newest = 5.7.2)

    Any ideas to that?
