Hi Team,

I am getting a Fatal error: Uncaught Error since yesterday. I updated my WordPress version to the latest and when I updated the woo-commerce plugin to the latest it gives this below-mentioned error and the site is not working. ??

For further troubleshooting please provide the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sharing with us the SSR.

I see that the staging site is still facing this error.

If it occurred when you updated WooCommerce, it is highly likely that your theme or one of your plugin is affecting WooCommerce.

As a first step, you will want to try to get back WP-Admin access if you can’t access your site. You can try to deactivate WooCommerce through FTP or cPanel. I’ve found an article with helpful steps about this: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wordpress-plugins/#how-to-deactivate-a-single-wordpress-plugin-via-ftp

From there, do the conflict test as explained in this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Just to check, while doing the conflict test, were you able to successfully disable all other plugins and activate WooCommerce without any issues?

Most likely, the cause of the issue is a conflict with the newer WooCommerce version. It could be that your theme or one of your plugins is not compatible with the newest version of WooCommerce, thus is conflicting and leading to the fatal error.

If you are able to activate the updated WooCommerce version alone without an issue during the conflict test, you should proceed to activate the other plugins one by one to catch the one that is conflicting with WooCommerce and causing the issue. I would suggest that you try to repeat steps 1-4 in this guide again: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/#section-4

I found the conflicting plugin when I activate BuddyPress Social Connect along with woocommerce latest version this fatal error happens. But it’s only with Woocommerce latest version However I can use the Woocommerce old version without any issue. Could you help Me to solve this issue?

In that case, I’d suggest getting in contact with BuddyPress Social Connect by VibeThemes plugin developers and check if they can provide an update or custom code to make their plugin perfectly functional with the latest version of WooCommerce. You’ll find VibeThemes Support page here:

I tried to contact vibe themes regarding this matter however, They did not respond to me because my paid support time is over. Since this came up from the last update in woo Could you please help me to solve this from the WooCommerce plugin end?
