    Hello!

    Thank you for your work to make this awesome plugin possible.
    I like the visuals very much, but there’s one annoying behavior which may result of using the plugin wrong and that’s why I’d like to ask here if someone could point me into to the right direction.
    Problem
    I open an already saved gallery in the Guttenberg-Editor to add new content (in my case videos), click on the existing gallery-block, and it empties itself (while showing ‘Updating Gallery’).
    This means in fact, every time I want to add a video I have to recreate the whole gallery. Is this the way it’s should work? What am I missing?

    This is wrong behavior. It should not be. But I can’t say what is the reason if I don’t see it personally. Use the contact form for more technical support.

    Thank you for your fast and kind reply!
    Unfortunately I am not able to find the mentioned contact form. Every support button I hit (your homepage, in the plugin menu) just leads me back to this site. Could you please describe where I can find it (I’m sorry in advance if I missed something obvious).
    Meanwhile, maybe you could have a look at the described problem with the screenshot I share below. It’s located on a self hosted cryptdrive.

    99% of this is caused by a plugin conflict. You don’t even have a Contact Us button in the SimpLy Gallery plugin menu. Maybe this multilanguage support plugin is trying to help you. SimpLy Gallery Post is a custom post that was created specifically for internal use in my plugin system. And many plugins trying to improve something climb and break someone else’s special structure. Try temporarily deactivating plugins (one by one) to identify which plugin is in conflict. I don’t see any other way to solve the problem.
