CashCred Payment Approved/Cancelled Notifications

Hi everyone,
I’m using free version of cashcred with mycred plugin. Actually I have not found any email while cancelling / approving users payments. No one is getting email about withdrawl status. How to send email to user when his/her payment was cancelled or approved?
2- If we enable notifications for this purpose, the all notifications are enabled, and thats not good, for example user1 is getting 300 upvotes daily with a lot of comments etc. therefore sending so much notifications to user is not good!
3- Whats about twilio? its working for transfer notifications only? It can be used to send payment status notification? like “Hi user1 your withdrawal request on example.com has been approved. “custome message”.
