• Hi

I noticed recently a hacker was probing for vulnerable code. I carried out an ip lookup and the result says the ip doesn’t exist.

I searched for the ip on cloudflare – Not found. I searched for the path the hacker had used again not found.

Looks like this guy has my ip address and is attacking the site directly using a fake ip address.

Can I block all ip addresses using cerber but then whitelist all of cloudflare’s ip addresses so that nobody can access my site without going through Cloudflare? If so how would I do that please?

Is this a feature you might want to add to cerber the option in settings to allow access through cloudflare only?

I have my dns registered with cloudflare and like the firewall facilities cloudflare offer but they are useless if hackers can bypass cloudflare.

I would be grateful for any help as although cerber has blocked all this hackers attempts so far its getting a bit too close for comfort!

    Thank you

    Best regards

    John

  • i loaded cloud flare IPs white list. then tried to black list all other traffic. the black list only takes IP6 (::/0) and not IP4 (0.0.0.0/0)

I would like to hear a response on this
