can I show the “create audio playlist ” option if I downloaded this plugin ?

  • I have a problem with my version of WordPress
    the media library is not showing the option of “create audio playlist” (as per this link tutorial -https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-audio-files-and-create-playlists-in-wordpress/ –

    so I can’t make a playlist for a total of files uploaded in one folder
    please advise if can I show the “create audio playlist ” option if I downloaded this plugin?
