    Hi @mightyx3n,

    Yes, you can add an Order note with “Note to customer” option and the customer will get notified through email about the added note.

    This can be done from WooCommerce > Orders > Click on Order > Add note.

    yes I do know that what I mean is to make even private notes show for customers

    Hi there,

    Thanks for clarifying!

    I found a free plugin for you (WunderAutomation) that you can download from this page which has support doing that without having to write additional custom code.

    You can easily set up a workflow that checks for a new comment (order notes are actually comments) and checks for comment type and if it’s a customer note or not. If it is, you can send a Text email, HTML email, SMS, notify Slack or perform whatever action you see fit.
