Cannot access Basics – MaxButtons: Button editor

Trying to edit a button and there is no option to access or edit the Basics. The header is there but does not open or allow access on an existing or new button at https://socialmediamagnetpro.com. The Button is on this page https://socialmediamagnetpro.com/white-paper-abstract/
