WPforms page doesn’t load completely

    This is what my WPforms page looks like inside my wordpress.

    And no matter which link I click on the next page never loads.

    I’ve tried clearing cash, uninstalling and reinstalling, I’m not sure what else to do. Can you please tell me what I’m missing to fix this?
