Changing File Size

    Is it possible to automatically add the watermark to images without changing their file size.

    In settings -> Jpeg quality -> default (-1) makes the file sizes smaller and lossy. What is the best number – 1 to 100 – to keep them the same size as when they were uploaded?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the only option is to experiment with different settings and see what comes out, as it depends on the level of compression of the image before uploading, and it is not possible to read that out of the compressed image.

    0 is the maximum compression, 100 is no compression (or minimal) therefore the largest file size. The default value (-1) is equal to the settings around 75.
