Form not refreshing fields

    Hi,

    could you please tell me why the opening ticket form doesn’t refresh?
    I have users pressing “OPEN TICKET” multiple times because of this and ending up with multiple entries of the same ticket…

    It does. As soon as a submission is successful, users should get a message. You can test this on the starter edition’s demo site. If you want to do more advanced, you should upgrade to the Pro edition.
