Used to love it – now it’s unusable

  • I used this plugin happily for years. However, now it is death to my website. When uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, WordPress will not allow it to be actived because it triggers the following fatal error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘downloads’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘)’ in /home/customer/www/DOMAIN REMOVED/public_html/wp-content/plugins/my-custom-functions/inc/php/functional.php(103) : eval()’d code on line 32
