Submenus won’t open on mobile devices

    Dear support team,

    the plugin works fine on a Mac or a PC, however, on a mobile device, I can see the arrows change but the submenus will not appear.

    Probably a conflict with another plugin? Is there any knowledge for such behavior and where to dig?

    Hi @mitfi,

    That kind of situation can be a conflict with a plugin or the theme itself.
    Can you provide us your site URL to have a look?

    Try to deactivate all plugins temporarily except WP Mobile Menu to confirm if it’s a plugin conflict.
