We’ve enabled Apple Pay on our website, but it doesn’t show up in the Payment options at checkout.

I found various other topics with the same problem, but none of the fixes mentioned there work for me:

*) “Display logo on checkout page” is enabled.
*) The Credit Card payment option is enabled.
*) I used an iPad with Touch ID enabled.
*) All supported countries are enabled for both Apple Pay and Credit Card.

Not sure what else I could be doing wrong.

I’m also fairly certain that Apple Pay used to show up on the checkout page (on all devices, not just Apple ones) until just recently. Was there an update that could have broken it?

    Hi @rawing,

Our developers are investigating potential issues with the Apple Pay validation in some environments. It works in most of our test environments, but we are looking into some environments where it does not.
Could you please send us a copy of your WooCommerce system report in an internal ticket as described here?:

    Thanks!

Also, Apple Pay will only be available on Apple Pay-enabled devices/browsers. From a Windows computer, for example, you will not be able to use Apple Pay. You may have seen Apple Pay briefly in the checkout before it is hidden via Js or when you block Js on the site.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
