No email when card is redeemed

    Hi,

    When a recipient redeems the gift card, there is no email sent to them. Is there a way to send the recipient an email notifying that the gift card was redeemed?

    Also, is there a way to send an email to the recipient to tell them how many balance points are remaining in their gift card?

    There isn’t anything built into the plugin to email the recipient when a gift card is redeemed.

    The customer will receive their order notification email which will show the gift card that is used, but there isn’t a separate email for balance / redeemed actions.
