odd issue

  • something has happened for any new classifieds that I add, it will no longer show the photos in a gallery, nor will it show any of the ad contact information, there is a name, email phone, price info, but when you click on “show contact” nothing comes up.

    I have deactivated and activated. deleted and reinstalled/

    please help at a total loss.

    Hi,
    on the page you linked to there is the following JavaScript error “Uncaught TypeError: e(…).anarchytip is not a function”, it seems to be originating from the Filr Protection plugin and the error is most likely preventing WPAdverts code from working properly.

    Please try disabling this plugin and see if it helps.

    I disabled and set the protections to none for that app and the result is still the same. any other ideas?

    Hi,
    hmm i am looking at the page again, the error seems to be gone and both image gallery and contact information box are working correctly (at least in Chrome maybe you are using some other browser?), see https://www.dropbox.com/s/tjjomr4pgfgp07y/ad-details-page.png?dl=0
