In the beginning, had issues setting up but after countless experiments got it to work. Loving it so far, the fact that it’s free too. It lets you see you is on your site and talk to them. Android, iOS, and iPad OS apps all optimised well and have extended functionality. The monthly plans are expensive for private use but are cheap for a business. The interface is pleasant and functional.
