Strike through prices on product page and price calculate discount on addons

    Hi there,

    I have installed the Discount plugin on my website, but I am having trouble to making it work properly.
    On the product page when selected the “Small box” option the price is set up to have a tiered discount, for more than 5 items discount is 5%, more than 10 is 10%, etc.
    For every product, there are addons as well.
    On the product page the strike-through price is not shown when I select more than 5items, but in the checkout is showing.

    When I turn on the option in settings “Show discount price in product pages for WooCommerce Product Add Ons.” The strike-through price is showing properly.

    If there are no addons selected the prices in the cart are calculated properly and the regular price is strike-through.
    However, when the addons are added, the discount is applied to the addons as well on the product page and cart as well.

    How can I apply price only on the product but exclude discount on the addons?
    Would the PRO version solve this problem?

    I’m using Avada theme and Woocommerce product addons extension.

    Please submit a support request here , including the screenshots of the discount rules you have configured and also the issue on the cart page for better understanding of the issue.

    It seems, that the discount rule has been deactivated and we couldn’t check it on your site.
