Cannot login with 2FA

    Hi, I have Defender’s 2FA in place. I go to my login page and enter my user name and password. It then takes me to a second page where it asks for the 2FA code. I enter it, and get this message:

    I’ve tried disabling Defender so I can turn off 2FA, and even when it’s off:

    I’ve cleared my history and cookies, but I still get the same Defender 2FA request page.

    What am I missing?

    Do you have any cache enabled for this site?

    Please clear all the cache including the server cache and check if the issue still persists.
