Your site doesn’t appear to have any follow icons under the header, even when I bypass FVM.

Can you send a screenshot before/after?

I do not have before, as it is gone…..now
    After it is here
    file:///C:/Users/Owner/Pictures/Screenshots/Screenshot%20(5).png

When I use menu icons PLUGIN– it used to upload from the MENU icon dashicons ===

    Global Current Menu Extensions
    Icon Types
     Dashicons
     Elusive
     Font Awesome
     Foundation
     Genericons
     Image
     SVG

When logged in to wp, the icon shows with the navigation name,,,,if i remove the navigation name, the custom link disappears. It also is as you said showing (NO ICONS) WHEN Searching website on google and chrome.

If problem,,,,I can send you confidential log in to wp for help
    thanks howard

Accessing https://www.thesoundadvocate.com/?nocache disables FVM, so if the icon is there, it should look the same as being logged in.

I do not see any icon accessing the url above, so the icon is not there.

I cannot open the screenshot either, that link is for a file on your computer.

Enable the icons as they are supposed to look, update FVM to version 3.1.9 and purge FVM cache. If it still doesn’t work, leave the icons enabled so I can preview and let me know.

You can also contact me via fastvelocity.com contact form, if the issue cannot be sorted.

    Thanks

closed as it was a wrong setting on some other plugin.
