    Hello,

Google noticed me that some pages on my site were not Mobile friendly, I did some testing using the Google mobile friendly tool and it appear that the Google bot can’t load my images when I have lazy loading enabled.

Using https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly The images appear broken with the “Other error” message, broken images cause the page to be larger and not mobile friendly to Google that could affect SEO.

Disabling Lazy loading fixed the issue but I want to keep it enabled.

This is not a generic issue I’m afraid; I just did a quick test on my own blog and have 1 “other error” for an image, but that remains when lazyload is off too …

When you test on a mobile device with lazyload on, do the images load for you?

The images are loading for everyone. I also had to disable the default WordPress Lazy Loading feature using function.php.

Could this be a conflit between Autoptimize and the WP lazy load?

based on that I would say Google is simply mistaking really ..

don’t see how; if AO’s lazyload is off, WordPress does it native lazyloading. if AO’s lazyload is on, WordPress native lazyload is off …

I did some testing on a new website with and without Autoptimize installed and the issue was still present in both case.

I think it happen on pages with a lot of images (40+), but I’m getting more errors with lazy load enabled I think something wrong with the Google Bot. The issue is that it broke the page for the bot and make it not mobile friendly but in reality the page is mobile friendly.
