plugin suddenly disappeared, can’t reinstalled

    Hello,

    The plugin suddenly disappeared from my sit, I tried to find and reinstall it again but it says “destination folder already exists”. Can you please look into this issue and help?

    Thanks for your message.

    This usually happens when your plugin update failed for some reason and didn’t complete.
    You’ll need to remove the bnfw folder from your wp-content/plugins folder via FTP or your hosts file control panel, and then re-install it, either via the WP Admin > Plugins > Add New, or via FTP again.
    This isn’t specific to BNFW – I’ve encountered this lots of time on plugins, and themes.
