reset password just refreshes the page and does nothing

I’m using 2.1.19 version and host support said we can’t do that cookie thing in article. we deactivated the LScache in cpanel too. but nothing changed

What’s your hosting provider? Unfortunately, we cannot see if this is an issue with the cookie without trying the solution in the article.

our host provider is namecheap.com.
beside the cookie solution, is there any way to solve the problem?
we are on namecheap for 2 month and plugin didn’t have any problems. I don’t know what happened but I think if it was a cookie issue, we should face it sooner.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins except UM? Let’s see if this is a conflict issue with other plugins on your site.

Problem Solved! It was a plugin conflict.
To solve it, I deactivated the “Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha” plugin.
You can use other plugins or use the ReCaptcha addon for UM.
