remove the auto H1 heading

  • Hi,
    I am getting confused here. How can I setup my blog posts, so that there is only one H1 heading? I don’t want a h1 heading to be repeated under again under the background image. This makes no sense as to why this theme does this. Can you please tell me what I need to do to set this up properly? I want my blog posts to have 1 title and 1 h1 heading. Thanks
