WordPress Banner Picture
-
Hi Everyone,
I’m brand new to WordPress and having a difficult time finding out where and how to insert an image into the banner of this blog. This is for a client of mine, and here’s his link to the blog:
https://republiccapitalmanagement.com/blog/
Where it says “republiccapitalmanagement.com” I’d like to replace that with an image. How do I do this and where?
I went through the FAQ section and didn’t find a specific answer—just generalizations! It’s my impression that I first have to upload images through the “MEDIA” tab on the dashboard, correct? Then, do I go to my CSS style sheet and insert the image in the .header class? Because I tried all of this–uploading an image through the media tab, and then calling that image in the style sheet and nothing happened.
There are roughly 3 or 4 header php files and a style sheet that controls everything which is confusing things even more on where to place this image.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for reading.
Rob
