Featured image blog

    Hi,

    The featured image on my blog page disappeared. There is only an empty box now. When I check the blog in wordpress, I do see the image in the section featured image.

    Can you please advise?

    Are you using any cache/optimization/lazy load plugins?

    If yes, kindly disable those and check.

    Hi,

    I used Autoptimize and just disabled the lazy load but it didn’t help. I also have the WP super cache but I don’t see a lazy load option there. But on the other hand, if this is the problem I still need these plugins … Was wondering if I deactivate a plugin would the settings I had before stayed the stay if I reactivate it again?

    Hello,

    I can understand your concern and yes setting of the plugins would be the same after disable/enable the plugins.

    If it is not resolved with the cache plugins, please try to disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.
