Shipping method questions

Hi,

I have a site that some products have no shipping method and the shop owner will contact the buyer to discuss his shipping options.

So for example if product A is added in the cart the buyer ideally will see a message in the checkout

‘we will call you to arrange the shipping’

This is what I ideally need but haven’t found way to do it.

The problem is that some products will be shipped like this and other will be shipped ‘normally’ flat rate/free shipping so I need all of them.

I tried to differentiate the products per shipping class,

products with shipping class A will be contacted
products with shipping class B will pay for shipping normally

I tried to do this with flat rate BUT I cant add text in the shipping cost per class only numbers.

Can someone help me please ? ??
