You can use any of these actions:

• formality_after_validation
• formality_before_save_data
• formality_before_notification
• formality_after_notification
• formality_after_save_data

The first parameter of these functions is an array with all form data.

Totally understand on the docs, I myself just released a plugin and it takes ages to do docs, building a plugin was much faster ??
