Improve WooCommerce + Thrive Themes integration

Hello friends:
I send this message because I’m using the integration of WooCommerce + Thrive Themes in order to sell courses made in Thrive Apprentice, collect payments with Paypal, and register the user data in MailChimp.
Everything works fine and I want to make some improvements to this integration in order to be close to want I need.
So these are the doubts I hope you can help me answered:
1. I want to have the availability of add or delete a user from a course for example in case the user cancel the purchase or I want to give the course for free to another user. So: Where can I see the relations between the users and the courses they bought? I mean, the access permissions.
2. I want to assign the data of a user to another group in Mailchimp. So: How can I set/change the Mailchaimp group of a user?
3. How can I change the design of the web page that appears after a Paypal transaction ends and the customer returns to my site?Thanks for your help.
