Rule for external IPs

Hello
Is it possible to create an exception access rule (perhaps through the code) for external IPs and make them see the site regularly without the splash screen? Thank you.

Have you tried to add that IP address to the exclude settings?
Also, if that is not enough, you can create your own exclude mechanism by using the
wpmm_is_excludedfilter.Here you can find multiple examples about how the filter can be used: https://github.com/WP-Maintenance-Mode/Snippet-Library/blob/master/exclude-visitors-from-maintenance-mode.php
