    Hi,
    When I am add product to cart. Some time it’s add properly and working fine. Some time even when I add product to cart, carts show zero. I can’t find the exact issue. Can you please help me if possible.

    Hi @shajahan86,

    Maybe you have a caching solution that is caching the cart page?

    Here we are using “Breeze cache plugin”. Will it affect the “Add cart” functionality in “eCommerce Product Catalog Plugin”?
    Because When I add the product to cart. It doesn’t add and cart shows empty. But It happened very rare case that’s why I can’t find the proper scenario.

    Hi @shajahan86,

    Please try to exclude the cart, checkout and thank you pages from the cache. This should solve the problem.

    Hi,
    I tried with your solution. But the solution is not working for me.
    Even I disabled cache the plugin, It doesn’t work properly.
    I will explain the scenario once again to you. Please help if possible.

    I am clicking one of the product from catalog page then page redirect to product description page. Here I click the “addtocart” button, it shows 1 in the cart.
    Again I go back to the catalog page when I am looking the cart, it shows zero instead of showing 1.

    It is happening frequently. Is there any solution for this issue? Thanks
