@josivandroavelar Thanks for getting in touch. We’ll be happy to check on this. In order to help us troubleshoot, can you please share the following information:

    1. Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    2. Please include your hosting provider and plan.

    3. To confirm, does this issue persist when all other plugins are disabled and using a default theme? I’m seeing many validation errors on the stories and it is possible a plugin/theme is conflicting.

To best simulate this, you can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

I sent the data through the form and did the test by the Health Check plugin. When doing the test, I arrived at the following diagnosis that, at the end of the day, is at the same time as solving the problem, a discovery of incompatibility between plugins that reflects in Web Stories and that may happen in other plugins.

What affects the display of external images in Web Stories is an incompatibility between AMP and Jetpack Boost. If you disable one or the other, these images are displayed. But if both are activated at the same time, these images are not displayed, only the images from the website (uploads).

Thus, it would not be a problem specific to web stories. I will pass on the information about this incompatibility in another topic, in the Jetpack Boost plugin.

@josivandroavelar Thanks so much for the follow-up. Please note we have opened a GitHub issue to investigate this incompatibility on our end as well. We will follow up with any updates.

@josivandroavelar Hope all is well! We’ve received an update that there has been a fix released in version 1.0.4 of the Jetpack Boost plugin, and can confirm there are no longer any validation errors when that setting is enabled.

We will mark this topic as resolved here, but please feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to experience any issues. Additionally, we welcome any feedback you wish to share! ??

    Thank you!
