notification after new post

Hello,

I would like to be able to display on my home page that a new post has been added to the site. On my home page there is a link that gives access to all the posts (dernières communications). If a new post arrives how to notify users to go to the posts page.
On the home page, is it possible to display the text NEW COMMUNICATION (in red in the example) as soon as a post is added. If this is not possible at the level of the text widget, is there a way to automatically report a new post.
