    Hello,

    We’ve been seeing this notice on our site for a while and I wanted to know how to fix it. I searched through the forums and saw some people had this problem with TranslatePress, however we don’t use that plugin. This is a multisite though, which I suspect may be the cause? I only see this on the parent site dashboard.

    I’ve submitted Site Health info using the support form.

    Thank you

  • Hey @wzub ,

    Thanks for opening a support topic & sharing Site Health information with us.

    Currently, Site Kit doesn’t support WordPress multisite networks. If you want to use Site Kit in a WordPress multisite installation, activate the plugin for each individual site you would like to use it on.

    You can subscribe the GitHub issue to keep yourself updated for multisite compatibility.

    Thanks @abdullahramzan – Yes that is what we are doing as well – it is not enabled network-wide, but enabled on each subsite individually.

    @wzub,

    Alright, to troubleshoot this issue can you please help us by performing following activities:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

    You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Let us know at what stage if this notice occurs once again. Does it occur randomly or after a particular action?

    Best Regards,

    @wzub As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
