Plugin wanted to track page performance for payment

In the course of rebuilding a WordPress site, a request has come in for a way to track pageviews for use in paying compensation, similar to the way Associated Content works.

I’m not finding anything off the shelf. Is there something out there, or am I going to have to get it built?
