Something is going wrong

Hello Guys and Girls,

`I have several problems. E.g. strings translated with Loco are sometimes not displayed on the website, but the English strings are still used in some cases. Posts with “Recommended” badges will display an error message in the class-wp-hook.php. The contact information is only partially displayed in the listings. The street name is missing. The business hours in the listings are not shown at all. In the listing with map, the footer area is slid transparently over the entries in map view 1. In the customer’s dashboard, the customer cannot create any new entries (according to his plan), but is sent repeatedly to the price plans. The button “Author are” is also not displayed in the dashboard, although it has been activated in the directory settings.

Could it be that some things were not installed, but are shown as installed? Should I perhaps delete the entire script again and reinstall it (30 days of work on the website would be destroyed)? Unfortunately, the last two support inquiries were not answered a fortnight ago.
