Loading icon always showing on mobile

Hi, I noticed that in mobile, besides the “Send form” button, appears an animated “loading” icon, I guess it should appear when the user hit send, but is all the time there.
Is confusing for the user because give it the idea that the form is in some type of loading state, which is not.
