Unable to change settings after update to 2.2.1

    After upgrading from version 2.1.12 to 2.2.1 I can no longer make configuration changes to the Profile tab in the configuration . For example, if I uncheck “Enable NADI” and hit save it shows me “This configuration has been saved successfully”. But if I leave the page and come back the setting is back to being checked. Same goes for
    Enable “Test authentication”, Enable “Sync to AD”, and Enable “Sync to WordPress”.

    Reverted back to 2.1.12 and tested it and changing those settings started working fine again.
