This will be fixed in the next version.

As a temporary solution you can set the “Load with page” value for the “Comment List Loading Type” option. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-thread-displaying/#comment-list-loading-type
