Recently, I received a notification about the update, I wrote to you in the mail so that you disable the update, since I do not need to use your plugin anymore. I received no answer. On your site, I did not find where and how you can turn off the subscription. I left a few letters in the chat on your site. No answer for 5 days. The money was withdrawn, then they told me (not you) how to remove the subscription, but the money was already withdrawn. I ask you to check my requests and make a refund please. I hope your support will respond better in the future. Thank you
