Essential Addons Accordion not showing template content at all

    Hello,

    I am using elementor to build my website. Have found Essential addons and have been using some of the tools in it.
    One of the tools I need is the accordion and most importantly – to have the ability to paste either a shortcode or a saved template to embed another plugin – Dflip 3D Flip Book plugin so I could showcase some yearbooks.

    What I’ve done is create a book with the Dflip 3D flip book –> Create a new Elementor template –> inserting the Dflip shortcode in the template –> Create Essential Addons on website –> Change content settings to show the previously mentioned template

    It works! But not really…
    I open the accordion and i can see the background and the control buttons of Dflip 3D Flip Book that I’ve created. I can also use the arrows to change the page and I hear the sound so they are changing – they just don’t show up.
    Only way to make them show up is either scrolling on top of it or zooming in/out the whole page e.g. adjusting page zoom via browser. Other way to show them is using the “view on full page” control button from the Dflip itself then clicking esc to exit full page. What happens is that the accordion tab flickers and longens then it shows the content perfectly. But if I don’t do any of the things mentioned it doesn’t show up.

    I’ve went through all the settings of Essential Addons, Dflip, Elementor template – everything. I’ve been troubleshooting for 5 hours already also browsing the web for answer and it still doesn’t work.
    If I paste the shortcode outside of the accordion it works with no issues so problem lies within the accordion.

    Hope you’re doing good.
    This issue is happening because the JavaScript(from 3rd party plugin) is not loading inside the EA Advanced Accordion widget.

    Recently our dev team is implemented a better asset generating system where this issue should not happen. This is still in the experimental phase.

    Hi @smartbus,

    Thank you so much for sharing detailed feedback. Seems like 3D Flip Book plugin isn’t fully compatible with Elementor template. I’ve also tried on other Elementor widget and facing the same issue. It works perfectly when we use it normally (not as a template).

    Anyway, we’ll investigate more and definitely solve, if there is anything from Essential addons.
