Access to the course after payment

  • Hello,
    I have a problem with the learnpress plugin

    The problem is quite simple:
    – when we have paid a course, it is impossible to register/access the course while we have paid
    – when we go back to the course we paid for instead of being able to access the course, it adds the course to the cart even though it was paid for a few minutes before

    have you ever encountered this problem? Do you have any initial comments?

    the students can’t access the course, it’s a problem ??

    Hi,

    We don’t have the same issue before, maybe the step payment not correct so the student can’t access your course.
    Step 1: Create an account for student
    Step 2: login and buy a course
    Step 3: When the order have status is complete, the user can access your course

    After you pay for a course, are you directed to a page with the purchase details (course title, order number, price, etc.) Usually the course name that was paid for is a link that leads directly to the contents of the course that was paid for. Sadly LearnPress doesn’t have better directions for the customer/student, so if you can, go ahead and personalize the checkout page (you create it through LP), and add as many isntructions as you can in it. Make sure you tell them to click the course name link, and if they see at the bottom the message “back to class” tell them to pay attention to that as well.
