Form not submitting on mobile IOS

    Hi, this form seems to work on my pc, but not on my mobile. I have tried on both Chrome and Safari on my iphone and it does not submit, it just keeps spinning.

    I have also had may customers complain that it is not working also.

    I have tried changing most of the settings:
    1. Method; Choose whether you want to use AJAX to send this form without reloading the page, or use the more traditional method of reloading the page.
    2. Load form using AJAX
    3. Prevent page caching on form pages

    But still no joy : (
