CF7 sends email with form results but keeps spinning forever

I’m having problem to submit contact form7 forms. The problem appears to be related to wp-json. For example, when i submit the form located in https://www.racheaqui.com.br/cadastro-clientes/ instead of sends to:
https://www.racheaqui.com.br/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/436/feedback?_locale=user
it sends to the the non-existant URL below :
WordPress is up to date, CF7 plugin also, i’ve turned off all cache and tested disabling all plugins and problem persists.
Btw logged in users can use the form with no problem, The problem occurs only when the user is not logged in.
