About Me section

    Hi there –

    I have two questions re: creating an About Me section like we see on the demo:

    1. The sidebar on the front page has some shading in the background (where the “About Me” section is). I am going to create an “About Me” section in the sidebars on my other pages. I”d like to have similar shading. Right now, when I create this using the Custom HTML widget, the shading appears on some pages, but not all pages. How can I get it to appear on all pages?

    2. I am trying to setup the “About Me” section in the sidebar using the custom HTML. I am still a beginner, so not very familiar with HTML. I want it to look like the demo – so to have an image and have text wrap around the image. Can you suggest the HTML code I should be using to achieve this?

    1. This depends on the style selected for your site and the combo of sidebar locations you’re using…would you mind sharing your site url so we can take a look and see which combo would do the trick for you? Thanks!

    2. Sure thing! Here’s the exact HTML we use on the demo site- just add your image url in there an you should be all set:

    <img src="[YOUR_IMAGE_URL]" class="img-responsive pull-left" /> Aliquam ipsum leo, tristique et sapien eget, tincidunt vestibulum dui. Morbi mollis erat purus, id convallis nunc egestas at. Phasellus et metus.

Vestibulum maximus aliquam massa, ac lobortis ante lobortis vehicula. Duis iaculis blandit aliquet. Nunc rhoncus nunc vel tortor aliquam.

    1. It seems this is working fine now. Not sure how, but the shading appears in the about me section wherever I’ve included that custom HTML.
