Importing from WordPress.com error

Hi there,

I exported my XML file from a WordPress.com site and went to my www.remarpro.com dashboard to import it but got the error message:

Sorry, there has been an error.

The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/local/pem/vhosts/xxxxxx/webspace/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/03.

I don’t understand why. Can anyone help explain?
