Image size is partly determined by CSS code. What code to use depends on the HTML used for the images. In many cases the image’s container determines the size. The actual img tag within is sized to fill 100% of its container. You can use your browser’s element inspector tool to help you determine the right CSS. Once you’ve determined the right CSS, copy it to the Additional CSS customizer section.

If you need more specific advice with CSS code, we’d need a live link to a page that has too small images. Also tell us what screen size range this should apply to. I doubt 4 across will look right on a 360px wide phone screen.
