Keeps Spinning

Good Afternoon, The form was working perfectly now when submit it keeps spinning. The message is sent but no message is shown. I have tried all the usual, disabling all plugins and trying to resolve it but always still get this error. Also tried forcing secure content but no joy. It appears it might be a plugin issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
